What happens when my payment is late

If payments have not been paid by the due date stated on the invoices or agreed payment terms, all services to the client will be suspended, and a monthly 8% above bank of England base rate will be applied to the owed amount, plus a reconnection fee of £100. If after a total of 10 days and no payment has still been made, the details of the client will be forwarded to a debt collection agency to retrieve the funds.

In the case where a monthly payment plan has been agreed and a payment date has been missed on more than one occasion, the payment plan will be stopped immediately and the balance of the payment due within 5 days of the second breach of payment. The default monthly interest and reconnection fee will also be applicable.

If you have payment difficulties please contact us before you invoices are due. Once invoices are overdue, we will not refund late charges.
