We've packaged our support into two categories: Web Services and Infrastructure, under which we have two levels of service, Complete and Pay As You Go (PAYG). Our customers tell us they're great for taking IT worries off your hands without adding complexity, and they won't leave you vulnerable to unexpected extra costs. Emergency Support now?

If you're in a really big hurry we can provide emergency support from the moment you email us. Many of our long-standing customers started with us this way, and began to use the planning and strategic aspects of our expertise later.

The packages

Complete (Infrastructure)

Most customers pick our Absolute plan - it covers pretty much everything, and makes your IT simple and predictable. We think it's ideal because it aligns our interests with yours: with a fixed price for all support, it's in our interests to make sure nothing goes wrong. Price is £175 a month.

PAYG
With our PAYG plan, you're covered for what is often called 'first line support' calls, at a very economical fee. £75/hr for Technical, £45/hr for Graphics and £35/hr for text updates (Webs Services only).

* The first 15 minutes of each incident is covered.
